Another player for scouts to watch comes from the capital city of New Brunswick. Mika Cyr is currently making waves for the Fredericton Service Master Clean Canadiens of the NB/PEI Hockey League. Mika currently leads the league with 18 goals and 31 points. The Center from St. Anne, NB is playing disciplined hockey with only 2 penalty minutes in his 18 games played so far this season. As an associate player last season he only played 3 games but he made the most of it by earning a point in each of those games.
Mika’s efforts are translating to the success of his team as the Canadiens are currently in 2nd place of the NB/PEI Hockey League. He will also proudly wear his provincial colours at the 2015 Canada Winter Games this February. Mika was selected by Hockey New Brunswick to be a member of is male ice hockey team.
